AML/CFT Governance
for Boards and
Senior Management

Under Article 46(2) of CSSF Regulation 12-02, regulated entities must ensure that staff involved in AML/CFT receive appropriate, regular training. This course satisfies that obligation and issues a certificate of participation for the compliance file. Board-level AML/CFT training tailored to your entity’s sector and risk profile. Covers RC and RR obligations, ML/TF risk assessment, delegate oversight, and how to evidence adequate board engagement for a CSSF inspection.
